I know I know! Nothing new about chocolate almonds right?!
Well sometimes it’s a good reminder because I am telling you, this is SO much better than grabbing a candy bar!
I love to make these and keep them in the freezer I usually make them every week. Well these Almond clusters or these chocolate covered peanuts.

So, if there are any of you who are having a hard time going vegan because of all the chocolaty good-ness then THESE are definitely what you need!
And because you can make them in big batches and ALWAYS have them on hand you’ll find that you no longer have any excuses and begin to craveeee the nutty chocolaty yummi-ness!!!
Confession, I make these every week because Nick and I eat 1 …. Or maybe 2 who’s counting 😉 pretty much every night!
So here’s the low down on these 3 Ingredient Salted Chocolate Almond Clusters:
Basically you just melt your chocolate, add almonds (or nut of choice) stir it up! Scoop little blobs onto a lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt!
Place in the freezer for a little bit and you are done! That’s it! Easy right?

3 Ingredient Salted Chocolate Almond Clusters are super quick and easy to make, and perfect to have on hand for a healthier treat or chocolate craving! Crunchy, sweet and salty! Vegan and Gluten Free.
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 30 mins
- Total Time: 35 mins
- Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (I used roasted and salted ones but any kind you like will work great!)
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips melted (I like Enjoy Life Brand)
- Sea salt for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a bowl. (microwave stirring every 20 seconds, if melting on the stove put it on low heat stirring frequently)
- Add almonds to the bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- Get a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Use a small spoon and scoop clusters of coated almond onto the lined baking sheet, will make about 12 clusters. (depending on exact size this amount will vary)
- Sprinkle sea salt on each cluster and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 3-4 weeks!
