Remember the 3 Ingredient blueberry muffin energy balls from like 2 months ago?! WELLLL I can’t stop eating them! I have crumbled them up into a rawnola form and they are perfect on top this Acai Smoothie Bowl with Blueberry Muffin Energy Crumble!
Acai already tastes really berry-licious on it’s own but when you add blueberry muffin tasting crumbles on top it’s like a berry lover’s dream come true!
p.s. if you don’t like berries then I’m sorry. But if you love them like I do, then YOU are welcome 😉 cause this is going to be your new favorite and you will probably make it like Every. Single. Day. This wholeee summer! … no joke. Seriously! 😉
So for the base of this Acai Smoothie Bowl I choose to add blueberries, strawberries and banana along with the Acai powder.( I use the Sambazon Acai powder)
Raspberries are also very delicious in here too but I know the seeds bother a lot of people so that’s why I went with strawberries in here! (and raspberries on top!) 😉 But feel free to switch it up with whatever fruit you like!
And for the TOPPINGS! Go to town with it and add whatever fruit-y toppings your heart desires!!! I like to switch it up frequently to keep things interesting.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 3-5 frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop of Acai Powder (I use the Sambazon brand)
- TOPPINGS:
- Crumbled up Blueberry Muffin Energy Balls
- Raw cacao nibs
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Banana slices
- Other fruit!!!
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender (not the toppings!) and blend until smooth!
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings!
- Makes 1 big smoothie bowl
