Apple and grape pasta salad
You know I LOVE my pasta! Some of you have wondered if I eat GF pasta or regular pasta so let me just answer that really quick!
I eat both, I am not 100% GF I try to eat A LOT of GF products because I think itβs good to switch things up, and gluten is in SO many things now days but no, I do not totally avoid it, itβs all in moderationβ¦ at this point in time! HA
Ok! So about this super bright and tasstyyy looking Apple and Grape Pasta Salad oooooo!

There is veganaise in here and if you are like me and have tasted it in the past and thought⦠ISH no way grosssss! Well friends, now is your time to try it again but in a different way.
We flavored up the veganaise a little bit with lemon and pepper and did not taste it until it was combined with the pasta salad and let me tell you that little bit of extra added made ALL the difference.
It tasted like regular mayo (at least what I can remember itβs been a while) and it was so good that Iβve been obsessed with it this week!
p.s. I bought a soy-free one from Whole Foods the brand is: Follow Your Heart
Let me tell you what else is in this Apple and grape pasta salad:
Grapes! Seriously you must try, they are SO good in pasta salads⦠(I also like to make pasta salads with grapes and almonds YUM) they also give a nice sweet-ness to this pasta salad
Apples give this salad a really nice crisp and fresh flavor!
Celery gives it a crunchy-ness as well as adding a bit of a bite to the flavor, in a good way!
The dressing is YUM you are totally going to be addicted to it now after trying it like this!
And then of course I added a side of fresh greens cause I alwaysss do! π
Ok, now go try it ASAP!!! π make a double batch (I know I always say that, but I LOVE leftovers they make life so much easier! Am I right?! I think so! π )

apple + grape pasta salad
This easy vegan and gluten free apple + grape pasta salad is the BEST! it's so simple to put together and it's perfect for lunches or dinner!
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 10 mins
- Total Time: 20 mins
- Yield: 2-4
Ingredients
- - 8 oz GF pasta
- - 2 cups total of mixed and chopped apples, grapes and celery (could also add raisins)
- - 2 tablespoon soy-free veganaise (vegan mayo)
- - ΒΌ of a lemon squeezed
- - Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions on your package. I find that rinsing GF pasta after it is cooked helps get rid of the slimy texture!
- while it's cooking chop your apples, grapes and celery.
- once the pasta is done, drain and rinse it.
- Mix in your grapes, apples and celery. Mix your veganaise and lemon in a separate bowl or just mix it all in the pasta either way works. Cracked pepper to taste. ENJOY!
Simple but oh-so-GOOD!
