Baked Spicy Southwest Chipotle Sweet Potato Wedges are super easy, perfect for a snack or side dish and healthy!
Ok y'all here's another edition of sweet potato wedges! 😉 Honestly I have an addiction to fry's and wedges and this flavor has been my favorite lately! It's the perfect amount of spicy (for me at least) I might be mis-representing if I don't make that a disclaimer because I can't handle a lot of heat but they are still pretty spicy!
I remember these JoJo wedges that I used to have from the deli of our grocery store (that closed down and I can no longer get them 🙁 )
but they were just the right amount of spice, not the burn your tongue omgeee I'm gonna die
but the slightly spicy mixed with a smoked flavor... I HAD to make something similar I've been cravinggg them! But instead I decided to use sweet potatoes to make them just a lil more healthy! 😉 and so came the Baked Spicy Southwest Chipotle Sweet Potato Wedges !
SO... these are totally delicious as a side dish to your main meal... or if your like me, you just make them as a snack (cough, meal!) becauseee who doesn't love fry's or wedges? Hello... YUM! 🙂
The flavor on these Baked Spicy Southwest Chipotle Sweet Potato Wedges is a really awesome new seasoning blend I stumbled across literally titled Southwest Chipotle! It's freakinggg delicious! I think I ate these wedges like 3 times this past week!!!
