Be my Valentine PINK Smoothie Bowl! Creamy and cold, tastes like a dessert but healthy and perfect for breakfast! Raspberries and cacao nibs are the perfect combo!
Valentine’s day is a little over 1 week away and although I have a super sweet treat coming for you on Wednesday 😉 I wanted to give you a super cute Pink healthy smoothie bowl (in case you wanted to skip the sweet treats HA! At least start your day out right!) 😉 and it’s PINK I mean who doesn’t love a pink breakfast?!
You may have already seen my Valentine’s Day Raspberry Nice Cream from last year; it’s definitely been a popular one. I can’t lie, I always love anything pink anytime of the year but something about Valentine’s Day just makes me love all the pink and reds even more! I’m sure I’m not the only one! 😉
I’ve been working my butt of lately for an eBook that I will be bringing to you soon but this smoothie bowl was a nice and refreshing rest, I took the whole day off from making book recipes and made this pretty smoothie bowl to share with you here.  I made it, pictured it and relaxed by the window looking at all the snow we just got! I posted a pic of our trees on TwoRaspberriesover the weekend… we got SO much more after I took that picture!
So let’s get to this smoothie bowl and give ya a little info on it!
It’s super creamy, smooth and cold!
RASPBERRIES! (if you don’t like raspberry seeds or your blender doesn’t process them enough you can use strawberry’s or your other favorite fruit instead)
PINK and pretty!
Cacao nibs give it a super YUM crunchy-ness!
Shredded coconut gives it texture and a nice coconut flavor
SUPER EASY!
Add a straw to the bowl (optional)
Can easily thicken it up by adding less almond milk
put your favorite granola in the bottom of the bowl first for a nice extra surprise/crunch in the bottom of the bowl!
You NEED to try it!
I hope you give this a try and let me know what you think! let's keep in touch too on TwoRaspberries, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest!Â
