Sprinkles make me very HAPPY!!! ooey gooey pretty'ness on a stick!
WARNING: requires self control to not eat before your done making it!
Funfetti Cake is defiantly in my top 5 of favorite cakes! it's so moist and creamy tasting... so obviously it was the perfect choice for cake pops!
I mean seriously take a cake that's already amazing and add frosting IN it instead of on top and mix it all together and top it with chocolate!
how could you possibly not just drool over yourself thinking about it... (I'm about to go eat one right now while typing this... yeah they are that good!)
Plus all the bright colors just makes everyone smile 🙂
they are:
creamy
moist
soft
rich
chocolaty
pretty
satisfyingly delicious! 🙂
Normally I'm a chocolate person all the way buttt when it comes to these, I just have to admit the ones with white chocolate got my #1 vote... Nick picked the Chocolate covered one- of course! Â he really isn't a fan of white chocolate unless it's in a macadamia nut cookie lol... anywayyys
a little more story behind making these... I am addicted to the cake pops from Starbucks so I thought I better make some at home before I spend too much money on cake pops! lol and guess what?... they are SOOO much better! they are richer, softer, creamier, moist'er (probably not even a word HA) plus fun colored sprinkles!
p.s. you can also get creative like I did and do other shapes ... I did round, triangle (my fav) and square cubes (Nick's fav)

Gayle @ Pumpkin 'N Spice
The cake pops look so cute and delicious! I love that you used both white and dark chocolate for the frosting. I think I would have a hard time not eating the whole bunch! 🙂
