I love bite sized food and never tire of them. I usually do snack on nuts for my post workout snack, but lately, I'm getting sick of nuts so these protein bites sound like the perfect way to spice things up. And snow. Ugghhhh. We have had so much snow my husband is flipping out. He gets up at 5 to shovel and plow the driveway so he can get to work. I think we honestly get almost a foot a day! It's ridiculous. Not to mention it's one degree outside right now. One! Better sit inside right and eat protein bites.

These look so good! I've been meaning to make my own energy/protein balls for a while but I still don't have a food processor. This post has inspired me to actually go buy one!
