Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars! Super easy to make and sure to please a crowd! Great party food or to bring to a cookout! Only 7 ingredients!

    Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars

So I have a confession... I'm obsessed with rice crisp bars well all bars actually especially when they are NO-BAKE like these "no-bake PB Oat Nut Bars"

SO many different flavor I have made but THESE are one of the best! Plus what's better than cinnamon everythangggg this time of year! 😉

These Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars and perfect to have for a party or a grill/cookout! Great snacking dessert and really portable!

    Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars

Plus this recipe is super simple! Only 7 ingredients in here and literally everything gets poured into a pan, cooked, mixed and then poured into a serving pan and topped with melted chocolate!  That's it!

These Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars are:
    Chewy
    Crispie
    Sweet
    Cinnamon flavor and aroma!
    PB
    Chocolate
    Portable
    Snacking treat!

Cinnamon Chocolate PB Crispie Bars -Vegan -GF

    • Author: TwoRaspberries
    • Prep Time: 5 mins
    • Cook Time: 10 mins
    • Total Time: 15 mins
    • Yield: 12 1x
    • Category: dessert/bars

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • ½ cup brown rice syrup
    • ½ cup vegan cane sugar
    • ½ cup natural PB ( I used the creamy kind from PB&Co)
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 ½ cups GF brown rice crisp cereal
    • 1 cup GF chocolate rice crisp cereal
    • ½ - â…” cup vegan chocolate chips ( I used enjoy life brand )
    • Extra cinnamon for topping!

    Instructions

    1. In a pan add your brown rice syrup, sugar and PB and turn on medium heat?
    2. Continually stir mixture until it is well combined and slightly starts to simmer just a tiny bit
    3. Turn heat off and mix in your rice crisp cereal and cinnamon
    4. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and then transfer the mixture into the pan and use the back of a spoon or your hands to firmly press the mixture down/together
    5. (You can spray your spoon or hands with non-stick spray to make it less sticky)
    6. Melt you chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over the top, spread evenly, top with more cinnamon and let sit until firm (can put in freezer for 15 minutes to spped up the process of the chocolate setting!)
    7. Enjoy!

    Notes

for the chocolate topping it says ½ to ⅔ cups of chocolate... the amount you use depends on how thick you want your chocolate on top to be I only used ½ cup!

I presume that the vegan cane sugar is also 1/2 a cup? The word "cup" is missing - thanks
