This Cinnamon Quinoa Protein Cereal Bowl is so simple to make, vegan and gluten free, healthy and packed with protein and flavor!
1. Cook quinoa according to directions on your package.
2. Add quinoa to a bowl, mix in the maple syrup, cinnamon and hemp seeds.
3. Pour the non-dairy milk over the top (like cereal) add the almond butter or any nut/seed butter and the chopped dark chocolate.
For easier digestion I like to rinse and soak my oats overnights, drain and rinse again before cooking according to package directions.
Meal prep- make a few portions and store in the fridge up to 4 days
