I thought I would share with everyone something a little bit different today, below are some of my favorite natural skincare products and favorite beauty products!
so in this post today you will see my Favorite Skincare and Makeup products
I though I would take a break from the "normal" and give a little something different to spice up the middle of the week 😉
first is MamaMio Gorgeous Glow facial wash! this stuff is amazing, it smells great and refreshing and for someone like me who has extremely sensitive skin it's great because it is so gentle and it doesn't strip my skin and make it feel dry and tight. If your someone who has picky sensitive skin then you should totally try this stuff!
Next is 4 products from Josie Maran, her Argan Oils!
so first I like her MILK because it is lightweight and it's not sticky at all (plus it's supposed to me great for wrinkles! I'm trying to prevent them HA)
next I usually put the Argan Oil Light on top of the MILK to help seal in the moisture... all of her Argan oils make my skin like relax I don't know how else to describe it but especially in the winter my skin will get really irritated and the cold weather will make it red and not feel so great... but when I put this stuff on it soothes it literally!
The regular Argan oil is a bit heavier I usually like to use that on my neck and chest area because I don't care for it on my face because of the fact that it's a little bit heavy.
and I also have her Argan Oil facial cleaser picture, I don't use it all that often but I pictures it because sometimes when I feel like my skin needs a break from the "routine" I will wash my face with that instead of the Mama Mio because it acts as a moisturizer and keep my skin feeling hydrated!
next is the Alba body lotion... OK so I don't know if I'm just weird but I'm extremely picky about body lotion being too scented or too sticky and thick... this stuff literally absorbs into your skin and leaves no icky residue on top your skin... it's super great!
and lastly Hempz touch of summer moisturizer! if you love a tan then this stuff is for you 😉 it does not streak at all, it goes on clear and the tan developes over time it's the best self tanner I have ever used and smell great! only 1 little thing to note about it is after you have applied it a few times (like 3 times) I suggest exfoliating it all off and starting fresh because by the 4th day of applying the color starts to wear off in certain apears and then it becomes un-even but other than that it's totally amazing!
and Below here is what I use on a daily basis ... some people might say ok thats a little bit plain but hey, I'm a girl that likes things quick and simple, I don't like to spend a ton of time doing my hair and make-up I like to keep it simple, don't judge me on that 😉
the eyelash curler is my BEST friend literally it's the number 1 thing that I NEED i would say it's an obsession HA!
then I use 2 different mascaras both are amazing and leave your lashes wayyy fuller than any mascara I have ever used!
and MAC studio fix powder... now I will admit I have tried to switch to all natural powders before but I have never found anything like this stuff, it doesn't irritate my skin and it never leaves my skin looking oily... I have been using this stuff for about 12 years and I don't think I'll ever switch!
and This Lipsmacker... yeah I still use them this product I have been using for about 16 years (does that make me sound old? :-/ )
but literally I have a million of these everwhere, my wallet, my purse, by my bed, in my car... all over I can't live without it!
let me know is you guys liked this post or not? was it a good little switch for the day?
ALSO if any one know of a natural product to use for a facial toner or face mask let me know I'm looking for suggestions!
and also a facial self tanner? the one I use has fragrance in it and isn't supposed to be used on the face so any suggestions?

What a fun post, Michele! I love seeing what other women use for skin care products because I love finding new ones. I've heard of argan oils before, but haven't tried them out. Maybe I should! And I hear ya about lipsmackers...though I don't use them anymore, I used to always buy the strawberry gloss, and just recently stopped. Although once in a while I will buy a fun new flavor! 🙂

you should totally try the Argan oils Gayle... I have only tried the Josie Maran brand of them but I love them, so soothing 😉
Stacey @ Bake.Eat.Repeat.
I've been hearing about those Argan Oils in a few places now, might have to try it. My face gets intolerably dry in the winter with our dry cold weather and I'm always looking for something that will help and won't irritate it since I have sensitive skin too. Sounds like this might be a good fit for me! Thanks for the ideas!

totally give them a try, I like Josie's brand because she has small sample sized so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg lol and the small bottle goes a long way! ... if you have sensitive skin like me you should try it... a lot of thing will irritate my skin but this stuff never has... just make sure you only use a little bit (a little goes a LONG way) 😉

Love posts like these! I've been wanting to try Josie Maran's Argan Oils too so loved seeing this review. Can't wait to look out for all the other products 🙂

Great blog post! I love finding all kinds of new and exciting products to use. I recently was introduced to a coconut oil spray moisturizer called CapriClear that helps with dry skin and eczema related skin issues. I've been using now for about a year and my skin has never felt softer.
