Creamy + Sweet come together nicely in this super quick and easy Grilled Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate PB Sandwich!

Ok everyone! Here is another delightfully sweet sandwich!
You might remember my Grilled PB&J from last month (if not check it out! It's a grown up PB&J)
Anyways I began to think what else do I love that I could grill up like grilled cheese? And then I thought of this!

I have always loved cinnamon + sugar on toast... sometimes with butter and other times with PB so I though to my self.... Omgeee that would be SO GOOD why havnt you tried that a long time ago!
So I had to try it asap 🙂
This Grilled Cinnamon Sugar Sandwich is almost like a fancy dessert sandwich! It's sweet and sugary but has the home-y-ness of the PB and bread and oh-so-TASTY!

Grilled Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate PB Sandwich -Vegan

Ingredients

2 slices whole grain bread
1 tbsp vegan butter ( I use Earth Balance in the red tub)
1 ½ tbsp PB ( I used PB&Co. White chocolate kind)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegan chocolates chips (melted and drizzled over the top) ( I used Enjoy Life Brand)
Extra cinnamon + sugar for sprinkling over top

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

spray a skillet pan with non stick spray, butter one side of bread and place buttered side down on skillet
put the pb, cinnamon and sugar on the other slice and place on top the slice on the skillet
butter the other top side of the sandwich
let cook on medium heat until golden bran (about 3 minutes)
flip and cook other side
remove and top with melted chocolate chips drizzled over the top and extra cinnamon and suagr!
