Apple Slices with Cinnamon Chocolate PB

Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 ½ TBSP all natural organic peanut butter (melted for better mixing)
- 1 ½ tsp dark cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp all spice
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- first slice your apple into slices (or wedges if you want to use this as a dip instead of a spread for your apple)
- put you PB into a bowl and microwave it for about 10-15 seconds, remove from microwave and add you cocoa, cinnamon, and allspice and mix well (adjust additionally based on your own tastes)
- eaither spread it over you apple slices OR place in a small bowl for dipping you wedges into
- sprinkle walnuts over the top of you slices OR place them on the side if you choose to dip your apple wedges
NOW for the super creamy totally delicious beautifying avocado snack 😉
this is so fast and extremely filling ... I absolutely adore avocados they are like creamy good-ness ... although I love guacamole and other avocado dips like my chunky healthy vegan chip dip I love it most when it's just straight out of it's shell (is that what it would be called? shell? skin?...??? not sure comment below!)

- 1 avocado
- 3-5 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ of an onion
Instructions
- slice and core your avocado
- chop (and de-seaded if you like to) you tomatoes into very small pieces
- chop you onion into very small pieces
- put you tomato and onions into the center of the avocado
