Hellooo Yummy! Peanut Butter and Cinnamon WITH Chocolate!!! My mouth is verrryyy happy!
Obviously by now you all know that I love things that are 1. Easy (hello no baking required for these) 2. Totally yummy and 3. Chocolate... these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cinnamon Balls and all 3 plus healthy, I defiantly can’t complain.
Once again my late night cravings got the best of me… I wasn’t going to the grocery store at midnight… so I looked in the kitchen and these PB balls are what came from this late night craving…
Moving on, these are so tasty, if you have never tried the combo of PB and Cinnamon now is the time! These work for a great snack on the go and they totally curb cravings on so many levels the PB is filling while the Chocolate and Cinnamon totally satisfy your taste buds…

Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cinnamon Balls
Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cinnamon Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup of all natural unsalted Peanut butter
- 2 TBSP Honey
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- ¾ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- Optional:
- ¾ cup Chocolate chips for dipping
Instructions
- Get a small pan and put it on low heat on the stove
- Put the Peanut Butter, Honey, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, and Cinnamon all in the pan and mix until evenly mixed (it will not get runny it will have a consistency like cookie dough)
- Next add the Oats into the mixture and mix well
- Roll into balls and let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before dipping in chocolate
- Store in fridge.
Notes
The peanut butter I used is from Trader Joes it’s all natural unsalted (the ingredients are just dry roasted peanuts)
Store in fridge for up to 1 week store in freezer for up to 2 weeks. (if frozen- take out how many you think you will eat and place in fridge to un-thaw)
This recipe will make 9-12 balls depending on the size you make them.
