Who knew cauliflower could taste so good! This is a perfect snack/lunch or a great side to a main dish.
I think I really like garlic? Lol obviously!
the cauliflower and onions are so delicious together i mean like caramelized heaven!
If you love this you should check out the Garlic Potato Fry's it's the same garlic sauce and they are unbelievable!

Healthy Garlic Cauliflower
Healthy Garlic Cauliflower
- Prep Time: 20 mins
- Cook Time: 40 mins
- Total Time: 1 hour
- Yield: 4
Ingredients
- - 1 head of cauliflower
- - ¼ cup olive oil
- - ½ teaspoon salt
- - ½ teaspoon pepper
- - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Pre-Heat the oven at 350
- Chop the cauliflower and rinse clean
- Put the clean chopped cauliflower in a baking pan
- Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl and drizzle over the top of the cauliflower
- Mix with hand until dressing has evenly coated the cauliflower
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes and then open oven use a spoon or tongs to mix up the cauliflower and dressing... If it looks dry drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top and stir... If you like a lot of garlic then sprinkle a little more over the top at this point and stir...
- Close oven and let cook for 20 more minutes
