Hello everyone!  Here is a salad that you will actually enjoy eating!  ... I will totally admit to you that I am NOT someone who enjoys eating a lot of salads that aren't smothered in dressing... but unless its a healthy homemade dressing (which I'm not the greatest at making any tips from ya'll leave them in the comments!) most of the ones out there just really aren't the healthiest, so on my quest to incorporate more healthy foods into my diet I found that adding fruits into my salad really sweetens it up and makes it taste delicious without adding the un-healthy stuff 😉
I don't eat healthy alll the time but everything in moderation right?  I'm the type of gal that likes to eat her CAKE and Cake Pops so I try to balance everything out! ... sry I had to throw that in there when I'm trying to convince you to eat healthy here!  but really!  have your salad on most days and still have your desserts just less often?! ... I know easier said than done, I just try to do my best every day and some days are better than others 😉
so on to the Healthy Glowing Green Salad!
It's Fresh and Crisp from the spinach and tomato's combined with one of my favorites, creamy avocado! Topped with pineapple and mango I mean seriouslyyy guys I could go on to tell you how many vitamins and minerals and antioxidants are in all these bright colored wonderfuls but it would take up probably 20 minutes of you reading this blog post!  So in the interest of saving you some time, trust me this stuff keeps you healthy! 😉

Healthy Glowing Green Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Spinach
- ½ of an Avocado
- ½ a cup of chopped pineapple
- ½ of a Mango (chopped)
- 6 sliced cherry Tomato's (regular tomatoes work well too)
Instructions
- lay a bed of your spinach on a large plate!
- chop up your ingredients (avocado, pineapple, mango, and tomatoes)
- layer your avocado, pineapple, mango, and tomatoes over your bed of spinach
- get a large glass of fresh water or lemon water and enjoy!
Notes
Add some nuts on top for some extra crunch if you like!
