This is a perfect light healthy lunch or snack, it wraps up nicely in tin foil for a lunch to go or a kids school lunch!
The combination of the lettuce and tomatoes in the wrap make it so fresh tasting and the hummus makes it a filling lunch or snack!
I included some pics of our garden which is where the tomatoes and chives/green onions came from, it's really nice having a garden ours is small but every year it grows a little bigger... Check out our garden!

Ingredients
- - 2 medium tortilla wraps
- - 4 tablespoons hummus
- - 3 leaves romain lettuce
- - ½ avocado
- - 6 sliced cherry tomatoes
- - chives/green onions
Instructions
- Take the wraps and spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each one.
- Add sliced chives/green onions to the wrap directly on the hummus so it sticks
- Next take the romain lettuce (washed off) and put it on the wraps.
- Put ¼ of avocado on each wrap.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to both wraps
- Enjoy!
Notes
Also very good with cucumber added to this recipe!
