No-Bake PB Cranberry Granola Bar Bites! these little bite-sized energy bites are super healthy, super nutty flavored, totally addicting and perfect for on the go!
these PB Cranberry Granola Bar Bites are the easiest thing EVERRR! anddd pretty darn healthy! 😉 I don't know about you but I absolutely love homemade granola bars, all kinds, crunchy, chewy, crispy, ALL of them! these in particular are nutty+crispy and when they get in your mouth, they almost stick to your mouth just like PB from a spoon! 😉 and they are bite-sized because you all know how much I loved bite-sized food! 😉
so in these lil bites I used oats and chocolate rise crisp cereal for the base of chewy-ness and crispy-ness! ... I think I have a thing for adding "ness" to the end of my words lately! HA!
the PB and the maple syrup in here give it that absorb-and-stick-to-your-mouth quality! and the maple syrup gives it that little extra sweet-ness because we don't use very much sugar in this recipe!
and the dried cranberries add that little POP! of extra flavor in these bites!... if your not a fan of dried fruit, feel free to swap them out for other nuts or chocolate chips!
trust me these are going to disappear fast!

PB Cranberry Granola Bar Bites no-bake Vegan GF Soy Free
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 30 mins
- Total Time: 40 mins
- Yield: 24 1x

Ingredients
- 2 cups GF old fashioned rolled Oats
- 2 cups chocolate rice crisp cereal
- ½ cup of cranberries (could swap for nuts or chocolate if preferred)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all natural PB
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- in a bowl add your oats, rice crisp cereal, cranberries (or substitute) and brown sugar stir until well combined
- in a separate bowl add your PB, maple syrup and microwave for about 30 seconds to melt and then stir it and add the vanilla!
- mix the wet and dry ingredients... it may take a little bit to get it well combined
- in a 8X8 pan (or different size depending on how thick you want your bars)
- pour the mixture in the pan and push down until it is tightly packed
- place in fridge for 30 minutes and then slice and eat them
- *store in the fridge, but will be perfectly fine to pack in lunch or purse as well with ice packs!
