Your going to love these!...
sooo yeah I have a little obsession with chocolate and peanut butter... I mean it IS one of the most satisfying combo's ever!
these are tiny enough to pop in your mouth and great for portion control!
So do you remember my Peanut Butter Cake from a couple weeks ago?!
welll your going to need that cake for this recipe... I thought it would be the perfect cake to turn into bite sized treats!
have I ever told you how much I love bite-sized things?... well now you know... when it comes to rich treats like these I love them to be "bit-sized" because they always leave me satisfied without feeling like I've overdone it or get a belly ache!
Now a little bit about these yummy Acorn looking Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites:
they are full of stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth Peanut Butter from my Peanut Butter Cake recipe and then I topped, or actually dipped them into yummy-nummy melted dark chocolate ...mmmm my mouth is watering just saying that 😉
the center of these lil guys were moist and soft, and the chocolate just melts in your mouth... and in your hands 😉 these aren't like m&m's that melt in your mouth and not in your hands hahaha
anyways go try this you guys because I'm tellin you, ya can't get more Peanut Butter and Chocolaty than this!
Hope everyone enjoys this!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites Vegan GF Soy Free
Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites Vegan GF Soy Free
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 25 mins
- Total Time: 35 mins
- Yield: 24 1x
- Category: dessert
Ingredients
- I used this PB cake without the "frosting" just the cake part
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- pre-heat the oven at 350 and make this cake
- then once the cake is done, let cool for at least 15 minutes and then crumble it into a large bowl (crumble super fine so it's not chunky)
- add your almond milk and mix well so the cake has absorbed all the milk and it should make a consistency that is moist enough to roll into balls
- roll 24 balls
- melt chocolate for about 1 minute in the microwave and then either roll (more messy) or dip each ball in the chocolate
- place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
- either enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to 1 week!

I'm obsessed with chocolate and peanut butter, too! And in my opinion, food always tastes better in bite-sized form! 🙂 These bites look mouthwatering, Michele! I love the creamy peanut butter in the middle. What a fun treat to pop 'n go! Pinned!
tworaspberries
right! bit-sized plus choc and PB is the best 😉 thanks Gayle for the pin!
Laura
Bite sized food is the best - and chocolate and peanut butter of course is just the most wonderful invention ever. Better than the wheel or fire for that matter! This is the perfect treat to bring to the next family gathering as a real crowd pleaser. And it's soy-free so my sister can have it. Perfect =) Thanks for sharing.
tworaspberries
I'm so glad you agree with the choc. PB thang! thanks Laura 😉

Sigh. Michele, you've hit my happy place here! Anything with peanut butter and chocolate, all the time. And I don't think I could exercise portion control here. Oh well!
tworaspberries
well the portion control thing is optional 😉 thanks Mir!
