These Peanut Butter Chocolate Marble Cookies and super YUM! PB cookies with peanut chunks, chocolate cookie with chocolate chunks! Vegan of course!
Yummy yummy yummy I got love in my tummy… for realz!
Between these Peanut Butter Chocolate Marble Cookies and the ones I posted a couple weeks ago, the Soft Chocolate Chunk Caramel Cookies I can’t decide which one I LOVE more they are both so dreamy and chewy/soft … if you tried and loved those then I strongly recommend you try these, plus what's better than chocolate and peanut butter together?
Tips for making these Peanut Butter and Chocolate Marble Cookies:
- Make the dough a head of time so it has time to sit in the fridge and get firm, it makes molding it together much easier
- As picture it’s super fun and easy to pull chunks off each one and make a rectangle ¼’’ thick slab of marbled cookie but it’s not absolutely necessary, you can just grab chunks of each one and roll them together in your hand.
- You can add more chocolate on top each cookie besides the chocolate chips rolled in the chocolate cookie dough for that little bit of extra yummy-ness… I totally recommend it!
I know you are going to love them, let me know if you give them a try, either comment or connect with me on IG!
