Quick + Easy Healthy Vegan Snacks | Bliss Bites
—-Oatmeal Raisin Bites—-

DIRECTIONS: add oats and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until broken up and forms a chunky flour mixture. Add in the rest of the ingredients except the raisins, pulse until it starts to get sticky, add in raisins and pulse until combined.

——Almond Cookie Dough Bits—-
- ½ cup oats
- ⅓ cup almonds (I used roasted lightly salted ones)
- 2 tablespoon natural runny almond butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup pitted medjool dates (about 4-5, soak in water if they aren’t soft and gooey)
- 1-2 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: add oats and almond to food processor and process until it forms a chunky flour mixture. Add in the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and pulse until it starts to get sticky, add in chocolate chips and pulse until combined! form balls and store in the fridge up to 1 week...makes 10-12 balls
——Chocolate Lemon Bites——
- ½ cup oats
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pich on lemon zest
- ⅓ cup pitted medjool dates (about 6-7, soak first if not sticky and soft)
DIRECTIONS: add oats to food processor and process until it forms a slightly chunk flour. add in the rest of the ingredients, process until it forms a sticky chunky mixture, if needed you can add 1 more date if it’s not sticky enough but be 100% sure fist otherwise too many dates and processing too long will make a greasy looking mixture....form balls and store in fridge 3-4 days....makes 9-10 balls
NOTES: if your mixture seem too dry feel free to add in 1 more tablespoon of lemon juice, cocoa powder can be very drying so see what works for your preference best! 😉
