Sweet and Sour Sun Set Refresher
Sweet and Sour Sun Set Refresher
- Prep Time: 2 mins
- Cook Time: 1 min
- Total Time: 3 mins
- Yield: 1 1x
- Category: drink
Ingredients
- 16 oz of water
- 1 cup of frozen fruit of choice (I used ½ raspberries ½ strawberries)
- 1-3 tbs of lemon juice (I used about 2 ½ but if you aren't a big fan of lemon you might want to use less)
- Ice cubes
- Optional:
- Stevia or sugar to taste (if you want it more sweet than sour, I didn't use any sweetener but I'm someone who likes plain lemon juice in water so it's personal preference)
Instructions
- In a large glass or tumbler pour in water
- Add frozen fruits, lemon juice, ice, and optional sweetener
- Stir with a straw and enjoy this sweet and sour refresher
Notes
I used frozen fruits because it keep the drink colder but fresh ones are also an option
Gayle @ Pumpkin 'N Spice
This drink is gorgeous, Michele! I love the pretty pink color and the red fruit. I'm not a fan of plain lemon water, so this sounds like it would be right up my alley. Love how refreshing this is!

Karen
I love this!! I add fruit and lemon/lime juice to my water all.the.time, but I haven't tried using sugar or stevia before.
tworaspberries
yeah, it's really great without sugar or stevia, but for people not used to drinking fruit water especially with lemon they might need a little sweetener to adjust to this healthy drink if they aren't lemon fans! thank Karen 😉
