These Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups are a great treat! Super easy to make, and perfect for a chocolate or cookie craving!
Yes! I have been on a cookie dough obsession lately, it happens pretty much every summer I get cookie dough cravings… maybe it’s because I used to always get cookie dough blizzards in the summer (which these would be amazing with! A banana nice cream with this cookie dough OMGEEE YUM!)
So OBVIOUSLY I used this cookie dough! Since its pretty dang delicious! 😉
I modified these PB cups and just replaced the peanut butter with COOKIE DOUGH! I like to make them both to just have in the freezer on hand cause’ if you’ve been around for a while, you know I like freezer things read: CANDY! And making double batches of food to have leftovers! HA!!!
Anywayssss… you need these! Because they are the best little chocolate-y pieces of cookie dough you will ever make! Plus they are obviously easy otherwise you wouldn’t be seeing them on this blog 😉
I mean it’s like 1 in 100 posts that I will try to complicate your life, with a super hard to follow recipe! Cause I want your life to be made easy!!! Not difficult… I don’t want you to spend an hour racing around the grocery store looking for crazy ingredients!
NOPE. That’s why you only need 8 ingredients to make these and if you are already a vegan + GF eater then you probably already have all these ingredients in your kitchen! 😉
Check it out:
Make the dough, spread some melted chocolate in mini cupcake liners, freeze for 5 minutes, add cookie dough and top with chocolate! That’s it! Place back in freezer for 10 minutes and DEVOURE them!!!
If you try them let me know what you think! And take a picture to show me on social media, I would love to see them!
I hope you give this a try and let me know what you think! let's keep in touch too on TwoRaspberries, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest!

Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups
These Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups are a great treat! Super easy to make, and perfect for a chocolate or cookie craving!
- Prep Time: 15 mins
- Cook Time: 15 mins
- Total Time: 30 mins
- Yield: 6
- Category: Dessert
Ingredients
- -5 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips melted (I used Enjoy Life brand)
- - THIS cookie dough recipe
- - 6 mini candy/cupcake liners (not the teeny tiny ones just the regular small ones)
Instructions
- make the cookie dough first and set aside.
- melt the chocolate and gently with a small spoon put a thin layer on the bottom and ½ way up the sides of each of the mini liners. (I find that putting a blob in the middle and gently using the back of the spoon to spread it works best) FREEZE 5 minutes.
- remove from freezer and place a small amount of cookie dough in the center of each one, slightly push the center down.
- pour chocolate over the top of each cup, covering the cookie dough and place in the freezer another 10 minutes.
- Store in fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 1 month. If in the freezer note that the cookie dough will get hard and frozen so I suggest removing it and letting it sit 20 minutes before eating or just take them out of the freezer and place in fridge the night before ready to eat them!
- Makes 6 cups!
Notes
NOTES: the cookie dough recipe will make about 12 cups so feel free to half the recipe OR melt double the chocolate chips to make all 12… OR keep the extra dough to eat or use in this Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Overnight Oat recipe!
like a chocolate covered cookie!
check these out too!

How yummy do they look 😀 I love making chocolate cups, I usually stuff them with peanut butter or caramel but cookie dough is an amazing idea! Just to let you know the cookie dough link takes you bake to this page, not the cookie dough recipe.
