1 ⅛cupsvanilla unsweetened Almond MilkI like SILK brand
1teaspooncinnamon

Apples
Bananas
Cinnamon

Instructions
Add the oats and chia seeds to a container and set aside.
Next add the almond milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture over the oats and stir. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, then give it a stir again to avoid clumping, and place back in the fridge overnight!
Once ready to enjoy, pour the mixture in a bowl and add toppings!
Serves 2
Notes
If you place the oat mixture in two different mason jars to sit overnight you can just add toppings in the morning and it’s in a easy to-go mason jar instead of a bowl!
