    fruit popsicles

    Hey ya'll!  🙂

Here's a recipe for super easy and HEALTHY popsicles... seriously I mean HEALTHY!

my nephew went to the store last weekend with Nani BooBoo (aka my mom/grandma) and they came home with these popsicles molds from target... he wanted me to make some popsicles for him (because every Saturday when he comes over I make him the "Yummy Fruity Smoothie" and he loves it! so I thought how can I make these even more sweet and sugary tasting like a poosicle but without adding sugar to them... well I tried and succeeded... totally delicious, and tastes better than the real deal ...wait this one is the real deal those store-bought popsicles are the fake deal... get it? this is real ingredients the other ones are artificial! 😉

These popsicles are extremely easy to make and they are actually healthy!  Forget about those popsicle's that you don't want to feed your children because of too much added sugars or artificial colorings... you can actually give your kids OR youself  😉  a treat without feeling guilty.

There is no added sugar in these everything is all natural so try them and comment your thoughts or if you used different fruit combinations and how they tasted!
