ok! so here's the thing... in the summer I'm a huge fan of smoothies for breakfast! 🙂
this is the easiest "Recipe" you could ever make like seriously couple ingredients and you have a super soft creamy yummy fruity smoothie breakfast.
so you just need a blender, Vitamix, Ninja, Nutri Bullet, Magic Bullet anything will work... I used the Magic Bullet, I know its a little out dated but it still works like a champ! I'm really wanting to get a Blendtec so if anyone has one of those comment below what you think about it... does it blend really smooth? or does it leave things un-blended?
Next you will also need some ice cubes and frozen bananers and this Bolthouse juice... now I know people say buying juices is not good but seriously read the ingredients on these bottles... they really are "all natural" ingredients and they taste amazing... yeah they have a lot of sugars but, fruit has a lot of sugar naturally...so anyways the purple one above was mixed with the "Multi-V" and the "Berry Boost" and the orange one below was mixed with "Tropical carrot" and the "Multi-V"
seriously though you gotta try these, I can't even explain how yummy they are, so soft and creamy and cold... totally refreshing! you'll be hooked on a new summer breakfast 🙂
p.s. also really delicious with greens like spinach mixed in and protein powder if you gonna use it pre or post workout!

yummy creamy refreshing smoothie

- Total Time: 6 mins
- Yield: 1 1x
- Category: Smoothie
- 7-10 ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana (chopped before freezing)
- 8 oz of Bolthouse juice (tastes best mixing 2 kinds 4oz. of each)
- fresh greens like spinach
- protein powder
- put everything into the blender and blend until smooth!
- drink and Enjoy!!!
Also try this recipe with mango, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries all combined or all separate (change it up every morning) they are all extremely yummy!!!
