Ingredients

plain cooked quinoa
I used mixed color

whole banana sliced

blueberries fresh or frozen

unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
I use SILK brand

Peanut butter or Almond Butter
Instructions
Cook quinoa if it’s not already cooked, I cook extra and just store in the fridge.
Assemble in a bowl.
Serve warm or cold, I eat it both ways.
Notes
If I eat this in the morning I usually heat it in the microwave, if it’s an afternoon snack I usually just eat it cold. ;-)
