Freeze the banana at least 12 hour before. (or longer)
Add the banana to the blender first, then add the cocoa, hempseeds, nut butter and milk.

I have used cashew milk, oat milk, and coconut milk for this recipe all are great. Feel free to use any milk that is your favorite.I like cocoa powder the best because it's the most traditional but I have used carob and it still tastes good but it's definitely an acquired taste.I like almond butter or peanut butter best but cashew butter is also great it’s just not as flavorful. If you have a nut allergy sunflower butter would also be great.
