Instructions
Add your oats and almond or peanuts into a food processor and pulse until broken up hut still chunky, add the mixture into a large mixing bowl with the flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and stir lightly.
In a small bowl add your PB and butter and microwave about 30 seconds or until melted, add you almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup and mix.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well, I used my hands to mix well.
Place in fridge while oven pre-heats at 360 degrees.
Once oven pre-heats roll into large Palm sized balls and smoosh them into round cookie shapes.
