which is about a little over ΒΌ cup dry

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

TOPPINGS:
Fresh raspberries

Instructions
Prepare quinoa according to directions on your package. Do not season it! Leave it plain! (I like to make big batches so there is leftovers)
Add quinoa and almond milk to a bowl.
