Wash and chop up the fresh strawberries, place in a blender or small food processor with the maple syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a pot on medium-high heat and add the chia seeds, stir until it starts to simmer and then reduce heat to low/med heating continue to stir 3-6 minutes until it starts to form a jell consistency and appears to thicken… make sure you are stirring the whole time or it could burn!
Let cool and place in a jar to set overnight, in the morning you’ll have fresh jam!

Store in the fridge in a sealed jar like a mason jar for 1-2 weeks
