In a large mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix, then add all the dry ingredients and whisk well.
Pour ½ cup serving sizes (or whatever size you like) onto your heated waffle iron and cook until done, for me it was about 5-6 minutes, I did try some at 9 minutes where they get a little golden brown but that was too long, they lost their softness, so just check them early and decide.

I use the Bob’s Red Mill all purpose gluten free flour blend for baking, it’s in the red package and it’s the garbanzo fave bean blend NOT the rice flour blend in the light blue package).*BE SURE TO NOT OVERCOOK THE WAFFLES because this batter will get hard if you over cook it, IF you do overcook it you can simply fix it by popping it in the microwave for 15 seconds and it will soften it back up.These can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month and re-heated in the microwave.(I use a simple round Oster brand waffle iron)
