Instructions
In a food processor add the pitted dates, almond butter and cocoa powder and blend until it forms 1 big clump of dough.
Remove blades from the food processor and form balls with the dough, place on a lined baking sheet and place in freezer for 15 minutes to set.
Melt chocolate and dip or drizzle the balls with chocolate, add sprinkles, place back in freezer 15 minutes to set and enjoy!

Store in fridge 1 week or freezer 1 monthIf you are dipping the whole ball in the chocolate then you need the ⅔ cup vegan chocolate chips, if you are cooking to drizzle the chocolate then ⅓ cup will do just fine!If your dates are not soft and gooey, soak them in hot water for 30 minutes to softened.I used a mini food processor so if you have a full sized one you will need to double this recipe so there is enough volume in the food processor for it to blend!
