Assemble the sandwich by first laying out the naan bread or your pitas, spread ¼ - ½ of an avocado on the bottom of the bread, add the baked falafel balls then top with sliced tomato and onion.
Mix the dressing my adding 4 tablespoon of store bought roasted red pepper hummus with 2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice to achieve a runny drizzle consistency and then drizzle over the top of the falafel sandwich
