3frozen bananas(chop then freeze them for easier blending)
1cupoat milk(or any non-dairy unsweetened vanilla milk)
1-2tablespoonscocoa powder(plain unsweetened)
1tablespoonpeanut butter(optional - natural)
Instructions
Place everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. (I personally like to blend the frozen bananas and oat milk first then slowly add the cocoa powder and peanut butter because it helps keep it from sticking to the sides of the blender but either way works fine).Enjoy immediately. Makes about 12-16 ounces.
