spaghetti squash
1 ½ - 2

water
Instructions
Slice the spaghetti squash in half the short way around (lay it on it’s side and slice across the center) scoop out the seeds.
Place a steamer rack in your Instant Pot and add the water to the bottom.
Place the two halves in the pot, secure the lid and make sure the nozzle on top is on “sealing”
Set it to 7 minutes on high pressure- pressure cook.
Quick release the steam right when it’s done.
Open when the safety nozzle click down and indicates safe to open.
Let cool and enjoy with your favorite spaghetti sauce!
