Place everything into a food processor or high speed blender and pulse first, then blend for 2-4 minutes until it forms a big clump of sticky dough. (It will get loose and dry looking first, keep going and it will form a clump).
In a 4X6 pan/container (I used a glass pyrex) add the mixture and push down firmly, you can line it with parchment or wax paper first so it is easy removal and also lay parchment on top to press down and flatten the top (see video).
Place in freezer for 30 minutes, remove and cut into pieces.
Makes about 6-8 brownies depending on size preference! Store in fridge up to 1 week!

Consistency: It will get dry looking first and really loose while processing, keep blending until it forms a clump of really sticky dough, you may need to push sides down a couple times, it will take about 2 minutes or more of blending.
