This Blueberry Chocolate Chia Breakfast is a complete superfood packed with chia seeds and blueberries! Great for a healthy breakfast or snack. Vegan and Gluten Free.
Start by adding the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup to a container and stirring really well. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes and then give it another stir to avoid clumping and place it back in the fridge overnight. If you can give it another stir in 15 more minutes that is ideal, but it will be ok if you don’t.
Prepare the Healthy Chocolate Date Sauce (this will keep well in the fridge up to 5 days)the recipe makes about 8 oz. but I suggest making the whole thing and dipping fruit in it or topping nice cream with it!
Once ready to enjoy start assembling in a glass, cup, jar or bowl start assembling! For mine I did the chocolate sauce smeared on the side of the glass, then chia pudding and topped with more fruit on top!
