(white or orange - peeled)

brown sugar
(sub pure maple syrup)

cornstarch
(skip if you like it more gooey)
crumble topping:
1 ½

old fashioned rolled oats
½
cup
all purpose flour

brown sugar
(sub pure maple syrup)

melted vegan butter

teaspoon
cinnamon
(1 teaspoon for extra flavor)

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
First start by pre-heating the oven to 350° F and lightly grease the bottom of a 8x12 baking dish.
Next wash, peal and core the peaches and apples. Slice them into slices. Add them to the baking dish.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and cornstarch over the top and use your hands to evenly toss everything together.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble topping in a bowl and sprinkle over the top of the apples and peaches.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes, the peaches and apples should be tender soft. Remove and let cool, store in the fridge.
