Ingredients

almond milk
(unsweetened)

tablespoon
pure maple syrup

tablespoon
cashew butter

cup
old fashioned
rolled oats

tablespoon
chia seeds
½

apple
(grated- about 1 medium apple)

teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
cup
walnuts
(chopped)
Toppings:
cashew butter
cinnamon
grated
apple
yogurt
Instructions
Grate the apple and set aside and chop the walnuts and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add the almond milk, maple syrup and cashew butter and whisk together.
Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, grated apple, cinnamon and chopped walnuts and stir everything together.
Place in a mason jar, cup or bowl and place in the fridge overnight or at least 3 hours.
Serve after it has set for at least 3 hours or overnight. Keeps in the fridge up to 2 days.
Add Toppings before enjoying unless you added them already.
