1 ½cupsoat milk(any non-dairy milk will work, for thicker smoothie only use 1 cup)
6largefrozen strawberries
½cupfrozen blueberries
⅔cupfrozen raspberries
½tablespoonhemp seeds
1tablespooncashew butter
½cupcoconut yogurt(or any non-dairy yogurt you like)
Instructions
Place everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away.

Protein: Add a scoop of protein powder if you would like.Nut Butter: Use any nut or seed butter you like.Yogurt: Be sure to use a yogurt you actually like the taste of as you will definitely taste the yogurt. I used unsweetened yogurts.Add Greens: I also like to add 1-2 stems of kale to this smoothie for added nutrients.
