This naturally sweet Blueberry Parfait with yogurt, blueberry chia jam and homemade granola takes less than 10 minutes to make and is perfectly creamy and crunchy.
½cupnon-dairy yogurt(I used unsweetened coconut yogurt)
1tablespoonpure maple syrup
⅓cupvegan granola(I used homemade but store boughtis fine)
Instructions
First start by making the blueberry chia jam, if you don't want to make it see notes, it's optional. Also make the vegan homemade granola unless you are using store bough. (both linked in the ingredients above)
Next in a small bowl mix the yogurt and maple syrup.
Then simply layer the parfait in any order, I did yogurt, blueberry chia jam, granola, fresh blueberries and then repeat again.
Store in the fridge up to 2-3 days. The granola will get soft though if you have it preassembled.

Blueberry Chia Jam: If you don't want to make this than you can simply warm some blueberries or berries (any you like) and mash them really well with a fork and use that instead as the base layer instead.
