Ingredients
Be sure to take a look at the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and quantities to make this Homemade Vegan Granola Recipe.

- Rolled Oats: Use gluten free if necessary and make sure to use rolled oats not quick or steel cut oats.
- Cinnamon: Gives a nice warm flavor to this homemade granola recipe.
- Coconut Oil: Make sure to melt it first and use refined if you don't like the flavor, I personally used regular as the flavor does not really come through but it's a personal preference.
- Pure Maple Syrup: Adds the perfect amount of sweetness without using refined sugars and a nice flavor.
- Hemp Seeds: Added protein, minerals and healthy fats.
- Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds: Added protein, minerals and healthy fats. I like to use sprouted because the minerals are more bioavailable but any pumpkin seeds will work fine, I would however add them into the mixture to bake them if you are not using sprouted pumpkin seeds.
Variations
- Added Nuts: You can mix in nuts or seeds you like such as chopped almond, walnuts, sunflower seeds etc.
- Added Chocolate: If you want more sweetness feel free to add some chocolate chips after it is fully cooled.
- Dried Fruit: After the granola is fully cooled feel free to add som of your favorite dried fruit.

Expert Tips
- Old Fashioned Oats:This is the best granola recipe; but do not use quick oats, steel cut or instant oats in this granola recipe. In this homemade Vegan Granola Recipe I used organic old-fashioned rolled oats that are gluten free.
- Coconut Oil: In this coconut granola recipe, I used 2 tablespoons of organic, virgin coconut oil that's cold-pressed, unrefined, and it has that rich coconut taste, but feel free to use your refined if you do not want any coconut flavor at all.
- Storing: This is the best Vegan Granola Recipe and you can store it in a zip-lock bag or a sealed container on the counter for 5-7 days.
