Granola Parfait with Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 batch vegan granola recipe (or use your favorite granola)
- ½ cup unsweetened vegan yogurt (I used coconut yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed fresh fruit (I used raspberry, blackberry and strawberry, banana)
Instructions
- First start by making a batch of the vegan granola recipe. You will have extra as that recipe makes about 24 ounces so feel free to half the recipe or use your own favorite store bought granola if you prefer.
- Next in a small bowl mix the non dairy yogurt and pure maple syrup to give a nice natural sweetness and maple flavor.
- Then simply layer the parfait, granola, yogurt, granola, yogurt and top with your favorite fresh washed fruit.
- Store in a sealed container or zip lock bag for up to 1 week on the counter.
