Be sure to take a look at the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and quantities to make this Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding.

- Non-dairy Milk: I like to use oat or cashew milk best because of the neutral flavor but feel free to use whatever you like best.
- Chia Seeds: The base and the main ingredient in this vanilla chia pudding.
- Pure Maple Syrup: Make sure to use pure not sweetened maple syrup.
- Fresh Strawberries: You can also use frozen strawberries but I feel fresh gives the best most sweet flavor. Make sure they are sweet and ripe, if they are under ripe of not sweet this will not be a very sweet chia pudding and won't be a good. I like to wait until my strawberries are very red and almost soft, not rotten soggy soft but soft to the touch not firm.
- Vegan Yogurt: I like to use unsweetened vanilla, my favorite brand is So Delicious.
- Toppings: I love to add homemade granola, nut butters and fresh fruit as well as some vegan yogurt on top.
Variations
- Chocolate and Strawberry: If you love strawberries and chocolate; feel free to melt vegan chocolate chips or make my healthy chocolate sauce and pour it over the top. Then add a few fresh chopped strawberries on top.

I like to place a few sliced pieces of strawberries in the mason jar first, than add a few scoops of the chia pudding mixture, next add one scoop of dairy free yogurt and a layer of granola and to finish it off scoop more of the chia pudding mixture on top. Feel free to choose any ingredients youโd like to layer in.
- Customizable Toppings: Customized toppings that basically make it taste different each time you eat it. Some ideas for this chia strawberry pudding are; fresh strawberries, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes, vegan chocolate chips. Feel free to add your favorites on top.
