These Chocolate Overnight Oats are so creamy and rich. Cocoa powder mixed with sweet maple syrup and creamy oats with oat milk make the perfect meal prep breakfast.
Add oat milk, vanilla, peanut butter and maple syrup to a large bowl and whisk together.
Next stir in the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and cocoa powder.
To a bowl or jar add your mixture and let it sit at least a couple hours, preferably overnight.
Add the rest of your toppings and enjoy. My favorite toppings are cookie dough, mini chocolate chips, nut butter and yogurt.

Notes
Toppings: I like to add the toppings fresh right before eating (but you can certainly add them before placing in the fridge to set, if you are doing this for meal prepping)Milk: I use oat milk because its nice and creamy but you can use any milk you like best almond milk, soy, coconut, or cashew. (This will change the flavor but all of them will taste great in their own way).Chocolate: I use Enjoy Life brand of dairy free chocolate chips but you can use whatever brand is your favorite.Nut Butter: Use whatever seed or nut butter is your favorite, I like cashew butter or peanut butter the best for a cookie dough flavor.Protein: If you want this to be high protein you can use your favorite protein powder and add a ½ to whole scoop to the mixture with the oats and stir it in, you may need a little extra milk if you add the protein powder. (not much maybe ⅛-1/4 cup more)
