is a real treat. Just a few ingredients like oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and about 15 minutes is all this edible cookie dough takes to make.

Ingredients
2
cups
rolled oats
(processed into flour or about 1 ¾ cups oat flour store bought)
⅓
cup
pure maple syrup
½
cup
nut butter
(peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter or sunflower seed butter)
½
cup
oat milk
(use ¼-1/2 cup depending on your desired consistency, I used the full ½ cup)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

pinch
sea salt
(plus flakey sea salt to sprinkle on top)
⅓
cup
vegan chocolate chips
(I like Enjoy Life, Hu Chocolate and Just Date brands)
Instructions
Place the oats in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add oat flour to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients (not the chocolate chips), maple syrup, nut butter, oat milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy immediately or roll into balls and place in the fridge in a container for up to 4-5 days.
