Ingredients

chia seeds
(soaked in a little water for 5 minutes)

hemp seeds

banana
(frozen is best but not required, chopped if frozen)

frozen raspberries
¼
cup
frozen mango

oat milk
(unsweetened, or any non-dairy milk)
¼
cup
orange juice
(unsweetened, natural)
Instructions
Prep: Soak chia seeds in a little bit of water for 5 minutes while you get everything else ready.
Add all the frozen fruit to the blender first, then add the hemp seeds, soaked chia seeds, oat milk and orange juice.
Blend until smooth, enjoy immediately.

Chia Seeds:
You do not have to soak the chia seeds first but I do recommend it for best digestion.
