This Parfait without Granola is the perfect creamy and sweet vegan breakfast. Yogurt and strawberry chia jam make this parfait packed with protein and fiber.
½cupunsweetened non dairy yogurt(I used unsweetened coconut yogurt)
1tablespoonspure maple syrup
½cupmixed fresh fruit(I used raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
Instructions
First start by making the strawberry chia jam, if you don't want to make it see notes.
Next simply layer the jam in the bottom of the bowl or jar, followed by the yogurt, drizzle the maple syrup in to the yogurt and mix it a little bit and top with fresh washed berries of your choice on top.
Store in the fridge up to 2-3 days.

Strawberry Chia Jam: If you don't want to make this than you can simply warm some berries (any you like) and mash them really well with a fork and use that instead as the base layer.
