This naturally sweet Berry Parfait with fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade granola takes less than 10 minutes to make and is perfectly creamy and crunchy.
Prep: Make the homemade vegan granola unless you are using store bought. Wash the fresh berries.
Next mix the maple syrup in with the yogurt to naturally sweetened it.
Simply start layering in a glass jar, yogurt, fresh berries, granola and repeat until the jar is full and ingredients are used up.

Granola: To keep this refined sugar free I made homemade vegan granola but feel free to use store bought if you prefer just make sure you keep an eye on the added sugars if it's important to you.
