In this video I am showing you 3 way to make Chia Seed Pudding!
I really love to make this in advance the night before and keep it for about 2 days in the fridge!

Chia seeds are FULL of so many healthy fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and they are truly a superfood you should be incorporating often in your diet often! (make sure to soak first, read the post linked above to find out why it's important)

—-Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding—-
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoon plain unsweetened cocoa (or cacao/carob)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, melted peanut butter
- Blend up all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
- Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)
—-Chocolate Orange Chia Seed Pudding—-
- 2 ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon plain unsweetened cocoa (or cacao/carob)
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- pinch of orange zest (optional)
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, orange slices, orange zest
- Blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
- Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)
—-Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding—-
- 2 ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
- ½ tablespoon pur maple syrup
- ¼ cup blueberries (I used frozen because I prefer the taste but use what you like best)
- Blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
- Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)
